To excel in the discovery, critical examination and transmission of the knowledge and values of occupational therapy for the purposes of promoting health and well-being in the local, state, and global communities. Our program mission reflects the UW mission with its emphasis on discovery of knowledge.

Vision & Values:

The program includes the fundamentals of occupational therapy best practice with values emphasizing the importance of occupation, cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, interprofessional collaboration, and social justice. Our courses are organized into four main threads:
